Products and authenticity

We are an independent retailer. Every product we sell is guaranteed authentic, but Noble Vault is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the brands offered on this site. Product photography and descriptions are provided to help identify each item; colors may vary by display.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Taxes and delivery charges, when applicable, are shown at checkout. An order is accepted when payment is approved and the order is confirmed. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an error, suspected fraud or unavailable inventory.

Shipping

Orders typically process within 1–2 business days. Carrier and delivery estimates appear at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers as permitted by applicable law.

Returns

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened fragrances are final sale unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. Contact support before sending a return.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or use its content in violation of applicable law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noble Vault is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
